This is an opportunity to work for a B2B industry titan who are looking to expand their function. The role requires someone with 3+ years of experience within the accounts receivable function in a multinational environment. *Due to Saudization policies, this position is only open to Saudi Nationals*

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collections portfolio and review accounts receivables to accomplish minimal days outstanding on all payments and improve company cash flow
  • Prepare credit memos, vouchers, invoices, statements, and collection letters
  • Manage collection activities, including negotiating and processing follow-up actions for overdue payments
  • Prepare reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making
  • Supervise and train a team of junior AR accountants by setting weekly KPIs and tracking their progress
  • Business partner with different department units to develop annual budgets, expenses, and forecasts
  • Support month-end closing activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience within the Accounts Receivable function
  • Experience working within a multinational environment
  • Must have experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills
