This is an opportunity to work for a B2B industry titan who are looking to expand their function. The role requires someone with 3+ years of experience within the accounts receivable function in a multinational environment. *Due to Saudization policies, this position is only open to Saudi Nationals*
Responsibilities:
- Manage the collections portfolio and review accounts receivables to accomplish minimal days outstanding on all payments and improve company cash flow
- Prepare credit memos, vouchers, invoices, statements, and collection letters
- Manage collection activities, including negotiating and processing follow-up actions for overdue payments
- Prepare reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making
- Supervise and train a team of junior AR accountants by setting weekly KPIs and tracking their progress
- Business partner with different department units to develop annual budgets, expenses, and forecasts
- Support month-end closing activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- 3+ years of experience within the Accounts Receivable function
- Experience working within a multinational environment
- Must have experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
