An Energy services company that provides sustainable energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Saudi national CFO to join the team and lead the financial operations.

Job Summary:

The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The CFO will also oversee the accounting department, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial reporting standards and regulations
• Manage the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team
