Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst

Robert Walters Middle East is in collaboration with an international business in the MENA region looking to hire a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst to join their growing team. This role must support the end-to-end management reporting, process improvement and analysis

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with end-to-end management reporting to provide insights to the management and internal stakeholders
• Prepare detailed and accurate analysis on a monthly, quarterly and years basis for decision making.
• Support with financial planning and budgets
• Take lead on automation and process improvements
• Utilise Power BI dashboards for reporting purposes
• Be involved in ad-hoc projects assigned
• Coordinate with other departments in order to assist with improvements including IT to develop and implement systems
• Utilise analytic tools and become a super-user to develop and promote use throughout business

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and qualifications are preferred (e.g. CA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA etc.)
• Over 5 years of experience in reporting, budgeting and planning within a complex or multinational environment
• Experienced with using Power BI or Data Analytical tools is preferred
• Must be have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
