Robert Walters Middle East is currently working with an international business in the MENA region looking to hire a Group Accountant to join their growing team. This role requires someone who can execute the monthly reporting and group consolidation process.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the preparation of month end close entries and global consolidation.
- Carry out the review of consolidated numbers
- Support the interaction with the external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Assist the Finance management team to ensure the reporting requirements are met and up to date
- Assist in external and statutory audit related activities
- Engage in process and control improvements
Requirements:
- Must have a degree in Finance or Accounting related qualifications
- Must have Big 4 and multinational/complex environment experience
- Must be experienced in consolidation and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be based in the UAE
