Our client is a leading Investment Banking Advisory Firm – DIFC is looking to hire an Investment Banking Associate/Analyst based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Participate and provide overall support in the origination and execution of mandates / transactions
- Creating from scratch advanced, detailed financial models and valuation analyses with excel or other modelling tools leveraging on a demonstrated proficiency in Corporate Finance
- Create documentation/material for use in client and management meetings covering M&A and Corporate Finance.
Requirements:
- 1-5 Years of experience in a top tier investment bank
- MBA from a top tier business school
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal skills
