FP&A Manager

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the investment holding company's portfolio companies, and generating dashboards for the CEO to track the performance of the Group and its subsidiaries. The role requires a strong understanding of financial and business concepts, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

1. Performance Monitoring
2. Dashboarding: Develop and maintain dashboards for the CEO to track the performance of the Group and its subsidiaries.
3. Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and risks. Provide recommendations to the CEO and portfolio company management teams on ways to improve financial and operational performance.
5. Liaise with the investment holding company’s finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or related function, preferably in an investment holding company or large conglomerate.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and dashboarding tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
