1. Leadership Role: Spearhead all aspects of new business initiatives, focusing on listings growth, product expansion, and market development. 2. Departmental Oversight: Manage the Product & Market Development departments, including KPI management, budget planning, and resource deployment. 3. Strategic Alignment: Formulate and execute departmental strategies aligned with the organization's overarching goals and responsive to market dynamics. 4. Customer Base Growth: Drive the overall expansion and diversification of the customer base, particularly emphasizing internationalization efforts. 5. Product Development: Supervise the development of listings products and services to attract new domestic, GCC-MENA, and international companies. 6. Innovative Products: Oversee the development and implementation of new products and services, collaborating with regulatory authorities and obtaining necessary approvals. 7. Market Development Initiatives: Lead key initiatives such as improving market data services, introducing new products, enhancing institutional participation, and developing market intermediaries. 8. Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate relationships with buy-side and sell-side institutions, government bodies, issuers, regulators, and other stakeholders. 9. Business Representation: Act as a representative in Business Development contexts with local and international media, business, and advisory organizations. 10. Internal Collaboration: Manage internal relationships with various departments, ensuring Marketing support for new products and Operational support for trading.
Qualifications: • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. • Desirable: Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance. Experience Requirement: Professional with 10+ years of relevant experience.
