Investigator - Oil & Gas

Our client is a leading Oil and Gas company is looking to hire an Investigator based in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting investigations of possible breaches of the Code of Conduct and the Management Systems/Frameworks
• Supporting and monitoring Speak-up incidents to actively assess and identify investigations
• Work alongside internal audit and subject matter experts as required for internal investigations
• Analyse data, records and documents related to operation identifying potential violation of regulatory best practices
• Collaborating with regulators industry groups and environmental organisation to coordinate investigations and develop policies & frameworks

Mandatory Requirements:

• Seasoned investigator/Compliance, Legal or Internal Audit background professional
• A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law
• Professional qualification, such as membership to a bar association, chartered or certified accountant, IT certifications, Chartered engineer, Certified Fraud Examiner, CCEP certifications.
• Experienced in working on Forensic tools, eg: NUIX, Microsoft E-discovery, Relativity etc
• First or second line of defence would be an advantage
