Robert Walters is in collaboration with a Consultancy Firm to onboard a Chief Compliance Officer. You will be in charge of creating internal policies & procedures from scratch to ensure that the firm is setup and fully compliant in line with the CMA's regulations. Oversee compliance within the company to ensure internal operational and financial systems and processes are in accordance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish standards and implement procedures to ensure that all compliance programs are effect in identifying, preventing and addressing non compliance.
• Interact with the Regulator, ensure regulatory reports are submitted in accordance to the set time lines
• Organise and supervise third party external audits
• You will be in charge of creating internal policies & procedures from scratch
• Ensuring that the firm is setup and fully compliant in line with the CMA's regulations
• Oversee compliance within the company to ensure internal operational and financial systems and processes are in accordance with relevant legislation
