My client, a well known and highly reputable Investment firm based in Jeddah, is looking for an Investment Manager to join their GCC Real Estate division. We need this person to be a fluent (native) Arabic speaker and have experience of managing GCC real estate projects from inception to closing.

General Responsibilities;

• Support division in managing and implementing investment projects, working closely with fund managers and operations.
• Actively seek out opportunities for real estate development and land acquisition in relevant markets.

Real Estate Project Management:

• Lead and oversee GCC real estate projects from start to finish, ensuring project milestones are met and providing ongoing oversight.
• Collaborate with Operations and investment analysts to manage underlying investment projects and report on ongoing progress.

Strategic and Financial Planning:

• Assist in developing and managing business plans for portfolios and individual assets, including strategic objectives, compliance goals, budgeting, and financial objectives. Also, focus on mitigating client risk.
• Manage cash flow, distribution analysis, and investment projections.
• Stay informed of market conditions, industry trends, and future forecasts.
• Analyze due diligence findings to contribute to investment decision-making.

Financial Oversight:

• Manage key financial aspects of projects, such as cash flow, distribution analysis, and investment projections.
• Work closely with third-party managers and agents to review and approve financial plans and budgets.
