A new role is now available at a growing bank based in Kuwait. The Head of Transformation will be driving the execution of the bank’s strategic transformation agenda.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with CSO, Senior Leaders/Initiative owners and Initiative Leaders to ensures implementation of the transformation initiatives
- Establishes effective Transformation routines to integrate projects, keeps work on track and to identifies issues early enough to course correct, if needed
- Ensures proper tracking of progress against commitments (financial and non-financial), with simple progress dashboard
- Coordinates with relevant Finance functions to provide timely updates on financial impact (revenues, cost savings)
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- At least 15 years of experience covering the GCC market.
- Comprehensive knowledge in identifying strategic needs and options for developing or acquiring these capabilities.
