A prominent financial services institution is looking to hire a Manager, Trade Finance in their growing team in Dubai.

About the Manager, Trade Finance role:

You will be responsible to support the business development activities in relations to Trade Finance products offered with the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets for trade finance products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including banks, financial institutions, and corporations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market knowledge and industry contacts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the trade finance industry.
• Work closely with the credit and risk management teams to structure and price trade finance transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's trade finance products and services.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure timely and accurate execution of trade finance transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum five years of sales experience in Trade Finance or Corporate Banking
• Strong understanding of trade finance products
• Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Middle East
