A prominent banking institution is looking to hire a Manager, Group Strategy in their growing team in Dubai.

About the Manager, Group Strategy role:

You will be responsible for developing strategies for the growth of the Bank and subsidiaries, whilst working closely with the senior management and Board of Directors in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support strategic business studies that span multiple areas of the bank
• Analyze findings and present recommendations to senior management
• Manage corporate investments and execute mergers and acquisition projects in line with the bank's vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to partner or invest in potential partners in the region

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economic or related discipline; an MBA would be an advantage
• Minimum four years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting or venture capital, preferable within financial services
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
