A Semi-Government organisation in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to add a Compensation and Benefits specialist to the business.
We are looking for a strong C&B Specialist who comes from a good HR Generalist background and can take not only C&B tasks, but pick up general HR duties when the workload is thin, or colleagues are on leave.
Qualifications
- Degree in HR or Equivalent
- 8-10 years experience within HR/C&B
- Experience with designing C&B structure
- Experience working with Hay/Mercer data
- You must come from a large multinational or consulting background, and be used to working on large, complex pay and benefits structures
