Compensation, Benefits and Talent Manager - UAE National
We are currently partnered with a well established organisation in the UAE who are looking to recruit a Compensation, Benefits and Talent Manager. The position is heavily weighted towards C&B, with additional involvement in talent development.
This role is reserved for UAE Nationals with a Family Book.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the focal point for all matters related to compensation, benefits, and reward strategy
- Lead annual compensation activities including salary reviews, incentives, and benchmarking exercises
- Continuously assess and enhance reward structures to ensure alignment with market trends and business needs
- Provide guidance to leadership on pay decisions, internal equity, and reward positioning
- Support the broader talent agenda, including performance cycles and talent development initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency across HR practices
REQUIREMENTS
- UAE National with a Family Book
- Abu Dhabi based, or open to relocate
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience across total rewards and broader HR functions
- Strong background in compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and incentive design
- Exposure to performance management and talent-related initiatives
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and providing advisory support
