Compensation, Benefits and Talent Manager - UAE National

We are currently partnered with a well established organisation in the UAE who are looking to recruit a Compensation, Benefits and Talent Manager. The position is heavily weighted towards C&B, with additional involvement in talent development.

This role is reserved for UAE Nationals with a Family Book.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the focal point for all matters related to compensation, benefits, and reward strategy
  • Lead annual compensation activities including salary reviews, incentives, and benchmarking exercises
  • Continuously assess and enhance reward structures to ensure alignment with market trends and business needs
  • Provide guidance to leadership on pay decisions, internal equity, and reward positioning
  • Support the broader talent agenda, including performance cycles and talent development initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency across HR practices

REQUIREMENTS

  • UAE National with a Family Book
  • Abu Dhabi based, or open to relocate
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience across total rewards and broader HR functions
  • Strong background in compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and incentive design
  • Exposure to performance management and talent-related initiatives
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and providing advisory support
