A global energy business are currently looking to add a HRBP to their UAE based HQ The role is a key leadership position leading the HRBP piece within the organisations largest business unit.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a high level HRBP position
- Must have experience in the energy/O&G sector
- Must have proven experience managing difficult stakeholders in multiple geographies across the ME
- Ideally you will be CIPD/SHRM qualified
