Head of HR & Admin (Arabic speaking)

Responsible for all HR services including HR policy and procedures, organizational planning and development, recruitment, employee files, training, performance evaluation, safety and health, adherence to local Labor Law, employee counseling and disciplining and maintaining grading structures and remuneration levels.

• Assist managers in implementing terminations and organizing exit interviews
• Assist other managers with employee counseling, disciplinary meetings, and other staff-related meetings
• Coordinate the development of the organizational structure and manpower planning for the company
• Develop an HR strategy which promotes the interests of the workforce while protecting the interests of the company
• Ensure that adequate staffing to deliver the short- and long-term goals of the HR team and provide coaching and motivation to these staff
• Ensure that all HR functions and operations are in compliance with the applicable laws in their respective jurisdictions
• In conjunction with other department heads, prepare a comprehensive training plan for all employees and organize the training courses required
• Liaise with senior managers on HR issues
• Manage the HR team within the budget and business plan requirements
• Oversee the administration of the performance evaluation scheme
• Oversee the health and safety policies and practices
