A large conglomerate is currently seeking a Corporate HR Director to join their central group function.
This role is responsible for leading the HR governance and compliance for the group.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified
- 10-15 years experience in HR related positions, with experience in a large corporate group setting.
- An expert in local labour laws, including most recent changes and updates.
- A strong business partner able to advise leadership across the group on policies and legalities within HR.
- Experience leading a large shared services department with a strong hold on the process flow, for a business with over 10k staff.
