A government organisation is currently looking to add a strategic HR director to the team reporting to the CHRO. The role will cover all facets of HR in a fully generalist position and is a key leadership position.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in HR or a relevant field
- 10+ years experience in HR, with at least 3 in a leadership role with a matrix environment
- Team management experience
- A passion for HR and improving organisation culture
Due to the government Emiratisation efforts this role is open to UAE Nationals who hold a family book only at this time.
