Our client is a large holding company in the UAE. They operate in several divisions and business operations. They are looking for a Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer to lead the holding company.
Key Experience Requirements for the role:
- 20+ years of the total experience with 7 years in C-Suite positions
- Experienced in strategic management and leadership across company functions
- Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making
- Key experience on business processes and technology to analyse, understand, and improve the organization's strategy and operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner
- Current or previous UAE experience
