Job Title: Analytics Delivery Lead

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose:

As an Analytics Delivery Lead, your role is instrumental in the successful implementation of analytics use cases by bridging the gap between business units, the Center of Excellence (CoE), and other functions. You will bring deep domain expertise, including Retail/Corporate/SME banking, Compliance & risk, Fraud monitoring, among others, enabling you to translate business requirements into analytical language and vice versa. This position combines project management skills, technical proficiency, and domain knowledge to ensure the seamless delivery of analytics use cases.

Person Specifications:

A. Education:

• General: A Master's degree is desirable.

B. Experiences:

• Industry: A minimum of 4 years of deep domain expertise in Retail/Corporate/SME banking, Compliance & risk, Fraud monitoring, etc., is essential.
• Functional: Experience in agile working environments, prior involvement in analytics projects, and prior experience working with data scientists/data engineers are essential.

C. Knowledge & Skills:

• Technical: You should have a strong understanding of IT, digital technologies, data engineering, and data analytics. A basic understanding of advanced analytics, experience with visualization tools, and coding skills are desirable.
• Managerial: Possess project and people management skills. Basic diplomatic and influencing skills, coupled with exposure to higher management, are desirable.
