Systems Engineering Manager

Our client is a global management consulting firm, and have a unique opportunity for a Systems Engineering Manager to join their team. As a Systems Engineering Manager, you will lead client projects, assess their current systems and operations and in turn design IT operating models and strategies consistent with their respective business strategy.

As a Systems Engineering Manager, other responsibilities include:

• Staying up to date on leading technology trends (such as Blockchain, AWS, Informatica, SAP and etc.) and leading practices within the domain
• Developing the project’s budget, scope, and hiring recommendations, according to the client’s delegated economics
• Overseeing a team in the assessment of client processes, whilst also creating and nurturing a supportive team environment committed to objectives and deadlines

As a Systems Engineering Manager, you will ideally have the following skill set/ experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in Management Consulting firms
• Proven experience in managing highly complicated projects
• Excellent, clear and concise communication skills
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience and extensive knowledge in methodologies of SDLC approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent field
