Construction Disputes Lawyer (1-4 PQE)

Currently working with a global law firm who are looking for a Construction Disputes Lawyer to join their team in Dubai

Key Requirements:

• You would ideally have between 1 and 4 years of post-qualification experience. Regional experience is essential for this role
• You must be common law qualified (preference for those admitted in England & Wales, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Canada).
• You must have trained and/or worked at a global law firm within a dedicated contentious construction or international arbitration and litigation team with a focus on construction disputes.
• You would have prior experience working on a broad range of high-value, complex litigation and arbitration cases arising from construction and engineering projects. Exposure to matters presented before the DIAC or DIFC Courts would be an added advantage.
