We have a new exciting new opportunity for an ambitious banking lawyer to join one of the best multinational law firms in the region.
ππ²π π₯π²πΎππΆπΏπ²πΊπ²π»ππ:
- You would have between 2 and 6 years of post-qualification experience working within a Banking and/or Financial Institutions Advisory practice.
- You would ideally be common law qualified (preference for those admitted in England & Wales), although those called to the bar or registered as a practicing lawyer in their home jurisdiction would also be considered.
- You would have experience advising on a full suite of banking transactions including bilateral and syndicated lending, fund finance, various facilities, and FS regulatory matters. Islamic finance experience would also be an advantage.
- This role is open to candidates based both locally and internationally with the relevant qualifications.
