Aviation Lawyer

Exciting opportunity for a mid-level Aviation lawyer to join a highly commended and long-standing practice in the Dubai International Financial Centre.

Key Requirements:

• You would ideally have between 2 and 6 years of post-qualification experience.
• You must be admitted in a common law jurisdiction (preferably in England & Wales, US, or Australia).
• You would have experience advising airlines, lessors, and financiers on a range of non-contentious aviation transactions. Examples of your work would include but not be limited to commercial aviation matters such as commercial lease agreements and financing, licensing, cargo regulations, claims, repossession and insurance.
• This role is open to candidates based abroad and looking to relocate to Dubai.
