Robert Walters are partnering with a leading global private practice firm to hire a number of Corporate Associates across all levels into their team
Key Responsibilities:
You will mainly be dealing with numerous matters such as advising the firm's clients on regulatory compliance, contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions, transactions, finance and more.
The firm is a global and prestigious organisation with over 20 offices across the globe. You will be based in their Riyadh office, with the support of their Saudi Partners and wider corporate team.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be a Saudi National licensed by the Saudi Bar.
- Must have at least 2+ PQE within the Corporate/M&A space
