A Global and prestigious private practice firm with a presence in Riyadh is in search of Senior Corporate Associates to join their Corporate team in Riyadh.
This is part of a newly formed team for the organisation who have over 20 offices across the globe.
You will ideally hold 6+ PQE with strong working knowledge of corporate transactions and M&A work.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be a Saudi licensed lawyer
- Must have strong working knowledge of corporate transactions.
