Corporate Associate Opportunity – International Law Firm – Muscat, Oman
Key Requirements
- You would ideally be around 3 years PQE (more or less experienced candidates would also be considered if they have the correct background).
- Due to the nature of work, you would be fluent in Arabic and have experience working in Oman with a reputable regional or international law firm.
- You would have a strong background in general corporate advisory, M&A and JV transactions, regulatory and restructuring issues, and capital markets projects (IPOs).
