An International Law Firm based in Oman is currently looking for a Corporate Associate (Mid-Level).
Requirements:
- Must be common law qualified either in the UK, SA, AUS, CAN, NZ or with the NY Bar.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Must have experience working in a top-tier regional or international law firm or a reputable international company.
- You would have experience advising a variety of clients on cross-border Corporate and Commercial transactions including M&A and JV deals, regulatory issues, group restructurings, IPOs and ECM-related matters, and company establishments.
