Senior Corporate Associate

An International Law Firm is looking for a Senior Corporate Associate to be based in Oman.

Requirements:

• Must be common law qualified either in the UK, SA, AUS, CAN, NZ or with the NY Bar.
• Must have at least 5 years of PQE.
• Must have experience working in a top-tier regional or international law firm or a reputable international company.
• You would have experience advising a variety of clients on cross-border Corporate and Commercial transactions including M&A and JV deals, regulatory issues, group restructurings, IPOs and ECM-related matters, and company establishments.
• You would have experience mentoring junior associates and being capable of leading transactions independently.
