An Elite UK Law Firm is looking for a Corporate M&A Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Dubai office. The firm is active in the energy, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare sectors. You would be expected to provide expert counsel to their diverse clientele of global, investors and state-owned entities.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

✅ 3-6PQE at a top-tier M&A practice (US, Magic Circle or a Leading International law firm).
✅ Prior experience working on complex, cross-border corporate transactional matters.
✅ High level of technical skills and ability to progress within the firm.
✅ Intellectual curiosity, energy, personality and drive to work successfully. within teams and lead transactions.
