โœ… Must have 1-6 years PQE
โœ… Experience working or training at a top-tier regional or international law firm, within the Corporate or Commercial Practice
โœ… Candidates with UAE experience and already based in the region will be prioritised, however, strong international candidates are also encouraged to apply
โœ… Experience in transactional work, including M&A, JVs, as well as corporate advisory and commercial work is essential
โœ… Exciting opportunity to join a growing team, working on a diverse range of regional and international corporate transactions
