Legal Counsel - Corporate

Our client is a multinational logistics company with an excellent reputation in the region, who are currently in search of a junior Corporate Lawyer (1-2 years PQE) to join its legal team in Dubai. The company offer a competitive tax free salary and benefits package.

Key Requirements:

• You would be admitted to practice in a common-law jurisdiction (e.g. England & Wales, US, Australia, Canada) and have 1-2 years' post-qualification experience.
• You must have experience working at a major international law firm, or multinational organization.
• You would have prior experience and a strong track record of advising clients on the full range of corporate transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions, public tender, and commercial contracts, and must have experience advising international clients.
• International candidates with the relevant experience are encouraged to apply, together with candidates already in the UAE.
