Great opportunity to be involved on a broad range of Corporate work including: M&A's, joint ventures, equity capital markets deals, private equity.
Key Requirements:
- NQ to 3 PQE
- Regional experience is a plus however this role is open to candidates from Common Law Jurisdictions
- Opportunity to work as part of the wider international corporate team to provide support on a cross-border basis as and when required.
