Key Requirements:
- Common Law Qualified Lawyer 6 years + PQE
- Experience gained at a strong regional or internationalCorporate practice
- A strong transactional track record. Experience of leading on transactions independently is highly beneficial
- Ability to business develop and manage juniors is required.
