Are you a 10 year + PQE, common-law qualified, litigation lawyer with upstream experience? If so you might be a good fit for a role I am working on for a well-established international energy company.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 10-12 years PQE experience as a litigator either in house or in a law firm
- Contract management experience within the oil and gas sector
- Experience of working and handling high-value strategic dispute matters
- Admission to practice law in a common law jurisdiction (UK, Australia, Canada etc.)
- Ideally you would also have experience in dealing with frontier emerging markets such as Egypt and Iraq
