Saudi National - Legal Counsel

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Saudi National Legal Counsel to join them. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance, and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to the businesses in KSA and the Middle East region, including advising on a wide range of matters and providing contracting support
• Serve as the compliance officer for KSA, providing guidance and training on Anti-corruption, Anti-money laundering, Anti-Trust, competition rules/regulations, Data Protection/Privacy, and Export Controls and sanctions matters
• Manage claims handling and litigation, as necessary
• Participate in risk management initiatives
• Handle company law matters

Requirements:

• Must be a Saudi National
• Law degree from a recognized university in the Middle East, Europe, or the United States
• Solid knowledge of KSA laws and regulations; must hold Saudi legal qualification/bar/MOJ license.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification work experience
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Prior experience working at a law firm or multinational company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to challenges, with a focus on delivering solid results
