You will be part of a highly transactional team advising on deals within the funds and private equity space.
Key Requirements:
- Must be 4+ PQE
- Must be qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
- Must have trained and qualified from a leading international law firm
- Must have experience advising on private equity, private investment funds and M&A transactions
- Must be willing to live/relocate in Abu Dhabi, UAE
