They are looking to hire their first legal counsel to manage and advise on all the legal affairs for the organisation.
Key requirements:
- You must be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience
- You must have experience advising on transactions with a focus on IP, TMT and commercial transactions
- You must have experience managing deals
- Ideally have experience working within both private practice and in-house
This role is based in Dubai, UAE but there is remote working options available.
