You will be responsible for the leadership of the Legal, Governance, Ethics & Compliance functions and the overall day to day running of the legal department.
Key Requirements
- Must be 10+ PQE, qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
- Must have experience working across the energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors
- Must have experience advising across arbitration and contract disputes
- Must have previous experience working in a leadership position
