Legal Counsel - UAE National - Multinational Company

Assist in drafting and negotiating cooperation agreements and buy/sell agreements Assist in drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements incl. letters of intent, shareholders agreements, JV group internal agreements, commercial agreements Develop contract structures to meet the company's commercial requirements Support M&A negotiations, contract development and drafting

• Work with the Legal Director for MEA to support regional legal needs and advice
• Work with and support South African legal counsel to support and advise the South African operation when required
• Work with the entire MEA team to provide support and advice to all levels of the MEA operation regionally
• Work with outside counsel in the region to provide legal support and get outside advice where needed, in a cost-effective way
