Senior Manager

About the Company: Robert Walters are partnering with a PIF-backed organisation in their search for a Senior Manager to join their Legal team with their primary focus being on regulatory affairs. The company is undergoing significant change across a variety of their industries and must ensure that all KSA regulations are followed accordingly.

About the Role:

• You will be responsible for creating manuals and guidelines that give the necessary support for staff while updating and providing flexible policy for procurement across internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and implement process standards, collect feedback and make necessary improvements in accordance with KSA regulations.
• Ensure that stakeholders are informed of regulatory changes and that the information is accurately interpreted.
• Investigate claims and complaints, and file appropriately
• Stay informed and up to date on new developments in KSA legislation and assess potential impacts on organisational procedures

Role Requirements:

• As part of the (Saudi/UAE) nationalisation scheme, our client has requested that only (Saudi or UAE) National candidates apply for the role
• You must have at least 6+ years of experience dealing with Regulatory Law at a large organisation
