An International Law Firm is looking to hire a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal to be based in their Dubai office.
Key Requirements
- You would have at least 12 months of prior working experience as a paralegal within the UAE.
- You must be fully bilingual in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- You would have worked within a Corporate & Commercial practice at a leading international or regional law firm in the UAE.
- You must have experience assisting a team by drafting contracts, agreements, memorandums, managing filing procedures, and liaising with the relevant government authorities for registrations and submissions.
- Due to the nature of work, you must be based in Dubai to apply for this position.
