Corporate/M&A and Commercial Associates

I have two exciting opportunities for Corporate/M&A and Corporate/Commercial Associates at all levels (2 to 7+ PQE) with a highly-reputed American law firm in Dubai.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

➡ You would be qualified in either England & Wales or the US, and have training at a top-tier international (Silver Circle, Magic Circle, or US) law firm with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience working on Corporate/M&A or Commercial transactions.

➡ You would have experience advising clients in a variety of industries on matters including but not limited to cross-border M&A and JV deals, commercial contracts, franchising, agency, and outsourcing agreements, and restructuring projects.

➡ Ideally, you would have working experience within the UAE, but international candidates looking to relocate to Dubai are encouraged to apply.

➡ Stellar academics are essential, and proficiency in other languages (particularly Arabic) would be advantageous.
