We are currently working with a multinational law firm who are looking for a junior-level Real Estate Associate to join their growing team in Dubai.
Key Requirements
- You would be a newly qualified solicitor or have up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- You must be common law qualified (preferably in England & Wales, the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand).
- You would have current or prior experience working at a top-tier international law firm within a Real Estate Development or Property Investment (Commercial and/or Residential) team.
- You would have experience advising on a range of real estate transactions including commercial property acquisitions, negotiating and reviewing lease agreements, development projects, financing, property portfolio management, and structuring.
- Ideally, you would be based in Dubai or have regional experience, but international candidates are also encouraged to apply.
