I have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Manager – Service Manager (Flagship) in a Retail Multinational Company based in Dubai. Ideal candidate should have strong experience in Customer Service and management experience in Retail.
- Provide support to subordinates in difficult situations ensuring client’s satisfaction and respect to the company policies and rules.
- Coach the cast on the floor on win the client’s loyalty by using all tools available
- Provide support for the Customer Experience Manager in analysing results and proposing action plans to enhance client experience during the Service experience.
- Collaborate in achieving Services Target sales
- Analysing the results achieved during shift and proposing action plans during the day to achieve set target
- Develops and propose short and long term strategies to drive services
- Proactively provide the Corporate office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge about the market and Client needs, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the team
- Candidate should have 3 – 5 years of customer service experience
- Must have at least 2 years team management ideally in Retail (Beauty, Fashion)
- Excellent level in English and strong communication skills
- Excel proficiency is mandatory
- Analytical skills / People oriented/Good sense of diplomacy
- Flexibility in working hours accordingly to business needs
