Category Manager (Food & Beverages Department)

Our client, a Local Group are looking to hire a Category Manager, reporting and working very closely with the Department Manager and will based in Abu Dhabi.

About the role:

• The Category Manager will be responsible for the category's strategy, planning and sourcing.
• Own and Deliver the P&L for the assigned category in the C-stores, while also considering new initiatives to grow the category's revenue and sales.
• Establish and define new product ranges that go in line with future trends and market demands.
• Develop and provide the promotion plans and campaigns that go in line with overall category direction and guidelines for increasing the revenue.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience within the F&B sector, including 3-4 years in current position.
• Buying, procurement and Category Management experience.
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills, with ability to work to deadlines under pressure projects.
