Attendees had the opportunity to understand the current job market as Jonathan shared the latest Robert Walters Middle East Job Index. The Job Index tracks job advertising volumes across leading jobs boards across the Middle East. Released on a quarterly basis, the report provides an indicative summary of recruitment activity experienced across major national, markets as well as key industry comparisons.
The briefing included practical guidance around employee documentation, employee benefits, diversity and restrictive covenants.
