Robert Walters are partnering with a global machine industry company organisation in their search for a looking for highly motivated, energetic and positive individuals with Electrical Field Service experience. The company is an Global concrete products machinery manufacturer with operations throughout Europe, North and South America, the Middle East and Asia.
About the Role:
- Utilizing precise CAD drawings and schematics to locate machinery control panels, junction boxes, cable trays, conduit, and cable runs.
- Wiring equipment in line with thorough machine schematics, local laws, rules, and industry standards.
- Inspecting, repairing, and commissioning newly installed machinery.
- Training end users on appropriate electrical troubleshooting methods.
- Support clients with the rewiring of their machinery and related machinery systems.
- Assist clients in the installation of machine upgrades and retrofits.
- Customer service and troubleshooting within the plant.
Role Requirements:
- Properly trained in the assembly and installation of wiring systems, information systems, and energy wiring systems capable of transmission of voltages ranging from 4ma to 460v.
- Properly trained in the assembly, and installation of bus systems such as ProfiBus, ASi-bus, and ProfiNet.
- Proficient in reading electrical wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic circuit drawings.
- Ability to install, adjust, and configure the parameters of components for electrical machine control including sensors, servos, and drive systems.
