We are looking for Senior Managers and Directors from the top construction and/or development companies in Saudi Arabia, with specific expercience managing Civil Work/Commerical multi-use projects such as shopping malls, hotels, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring clarity in project scope, goals, and deliverables.

2. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to timelines.

3. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards, overseeing the implementation of best practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
